On the last sitting day of Parliament in May we will deliver our Gas Free Healthy Homes letter. We’d love you to join us to help send a strong message.

We will be delivering the letter to Lily D'Ambrosio. We're hoping to attract media attention to publicise the urgent need to act on climate change and protect health so the more people who can attend the better.

Signed by over 100 health workers so far and many health bodies including Doctors for the Environment Australia, the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ACSEP), Lung Foundation Australia and the Australian Federation of Medical Women, the letter calls on the Victorian Government to commit to no new gas connections to homes by 2025 and to support vulnerable households to make the transition to renewable electricity.

While the letter is signed by those who work or study in health, this public action is for anyone who is passionate about protecting our health and climate.
